We are a Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) specialist who assumes primary responsibility for monitoring internal and external crisis events with potential impact to executives, staff, talent, business, reputation, and/or facilities. The GSOC Manager will provide shift-based team leadership, strategic program oversight, policy and procedure development and integration; and process implementation and improvement in technical project management, and crisis response. Additional areas of responsibility include: security alarm monitoring, dispatching, coordinating allocation of resources, critical incident response management, and Global Watch Operations.
